"3Way" (formerly known as "SisqoSong") is a song by Harlem singer Teyana Taylor that serves as a track to her second studio album, K.T.S.E. (2018).[1] The song serves as the fifth track to the main record and features an uncredited verse from LA singer Ty Dolla $ign, who also features again later on the album on the track "Never Would Have Made It" though again is left without a feature credit.[2]
The song features production primarily from Kanye West similar to the other releases for his Wyoming album run, though also features production from collaborators MIKE DEAN, johan lenox, and Rodney Jenkins.[3]

The song features production done by Kanye West, MIKE DEAN, johan lenox, and Rodney Jenkins. While also interpolating the song, the song features a sample of Sisqó's 1999 song "How Can I Love U 2nite".[4] The song runs at a tempo of 99 BPM in the F# key with a major mode and an alt-key of 2B.[5]
Background[]
The initial beat chop was made by Kanye in January of 2018 and labelled as "Chop 26". Kanye's cousin The WRLDFMS Tony Williams would record a reference for the song that same month. Though it's unclear if it had been intended for Kanye or Teyana at this point in time, given his cadence in the song and how most of the lyrics on the chorus are directed towards a male character it's very likely the song had been made for specifically Teyana and had never been in Kanye's possession.[6]
During some point during Teyana's possession of the song, she would send the to her two writers NOVA WAV to record a reference for the song in order to bounce ideas for a verse.[7]
Prior to release, the beat had been completely reworked to be less reliant on the sample by MIKE DEAN, johan lenox, and Rodney Jenkins. Ty Dolla $ign would also record a verse for the song. The song would be met with an official release on June 23rd as the fifth track to Teyana's Wyoming album K.T.S.E..[8]
