The song's beat was taken from the original Lil RT song from 2023 titled the same name of "60 Miles".[3] In the song there's a vocal sample of The Clark Sisters' 1978 song "A Praying Spirit".[4] The song runs at a tempo of 166 BPM in the G♯/A♭ key with a minor mode.[5]

The base song by Lil RT was created some time in 2023 and was met with a music video. The song was met with immense success, marking the young rapper's biggest song for that moment.[6]
In 2025, Kanye would create an AI cover of the song and then go onto The Download with Justin LaBoy.[7] In the interview, Kanye would play LaBoy the song solely as an example making it very unlikely it will ever be met with an official release.
