Christopher Maurice Brown (born May 5, 1989) is an American singer, songwriter, dancer, graffiti artist, and actor. Billboard has named Brown as one of the most influential and successful R&B singers ever, with several considering him the "King of R&B" alongside Usher and R. Kelly. His lyrics develop predominantly over themes of sex, romance, fast life, desire, regret, and emotional conflict.[1]
He is featured on the track "Waves" from The Life of Pablo (2016), as well as the original version of "New Again" from Donda (2021).[2] His contributions to the latter were removed in favor of Kanye's voice a month after release.[3]
