"I Feel Like That" is an unreleased Kanye West song from 2015 that appeared at the end of the music video for the released single "All Day." The song features Kanye reading off the Hopkins Symptom Checklist from Per Bech’s Rating Scales for Psychopathology, Health Status and Quality of Life and responding with the song's title, painting a picture of Kanye struggling with antidepressants.[1]
The song's music video fittingly shows him slumped against a wall, at times in a daze and catching his breath.[2]
Though the song dates back to the 2014-2015 era of Kanye's discography, the song is said to have been worked on as late as 2018.
