Milo Yiannopoulos (né Hanrahan; born October 18, 1984) is a British far-right political commentator. His speeches and writings criticize Islam, feminism, social justice, and political correctness. He has been associated with another political commentator, Nick Fuentes, and has been in Ye's circle in recent years, including as an advisor for the 2024 U.S. presidential campaign and as the chief of staff for Yeezy Apparel.

Yiannopulos is known for publicly claiming that Ye's dentist Thomas P. Connelly has been supplying the rapper with nitrous oxide and facilitating an unhealthy use of the drug. Although Yiannopulos distanced himself from Yeezy because of Ye's self-stated plans to create a porn division within the company, he has still served as a spokesperson for Ye's camp, most recently reporting against claims that Ye and Bianca Censori have split.

Milo was hired for Kanye's 2024 presidential campaign, and was fired on December 4, 2022. He was later apparently rehired for the campaign on May 4, 2023, and immediately proceeded to fire white nationalist Nick Fuentes, and Ali Alexander, from the campaign. However, Milo was no longer on the campaign payroll by October 2023.

At some point, Milo was hired as Chief of Staff at YEEZY.

• In 2024, Milo stated that Kanye's "obsessive megafans" had "developmental disorders" and called them "Down Syndrome". This was related to the YesJulz controversy on X (Twitter) Spaces, referring to fanpages which participated in said Spaces with YesJulz ("YZY ARMY").
• Milo once called Kanye gay.
