Nasir bin Olu Dara Jones (born September 14, 1973), better known as Nas, is an American rapper. Nas rose to fame with his debut studio album, Illmatic (1994), which is considered by many to be one of the greatest hop hop albums of all time. Since then, Nas has released over 15 studio albums.[1]

Kanye West first worked with Nas in 2002, producing the track, "Poppa Was a Playa". Since then, Nas featured on Kanye's Late Registration song, "We Major". In 2018, Kanye executively produced Nas' eleventh studio album, NASIR.[2]
