Kasseem Daoud Dean (born September 13, 1978), known professionally as Swizz Beatz, is an American record producer, rapper, record executive, and businessman. He started his career as a DJ but began to earn recognition in the hip hop industry early in his industry. He served as DMX's hype man for some time before he moved on to producing tracks for other artists.[1]
His earliest collaboration with Kanye West is the GOOD Friday remix to "Power." He went on to produce some tracks from the Watch the Throne (2011), The Life of Pablo (2016), and Donda (2021) albums.[2] A 2011 collaboration by the name of "Skyscrapers" was also made.[3] Ye has called Swizz "the best rap producer of all time."[4]
