The LOX is an American hip hop group that was formed in 1994. It is composed of a trio of rappers from Yonkers, New York, those rappers being Sheek Louch, Styles P, and Jadakiss. The group was previously signed to Bad Boy Records and Ruff Ryders Entertainment before launching their own label, D-Block.[1]

History (w/ Kanye West)[]

"It's All About the Benjamins (Remix)"[]

It was rumored that Kanye West ghost-produced the remix of Diddy's song, "It's All About the Benjamins", which featured verses from The LOX. However, those rumors were proven false by Ye himself.[2]

"Jesus Lord pt 2"[]

In 2021, all three members of The LOX were featured on the Donda song, "Jesus Lord pt 2".[3] Jadakiss revealed that the collaboration happened after the group won a Verzuz battle against Dipset.[4] They recorded their verses for the song on August 5, the same day as the second Atlanta LP. Originally, their verses were meant to be on "Jesus Lord" but were instead released on the second part.
