"UNLIMITED" is a song by Canadian rapper NAV that released as the fifth track to his fifth record OMW2 REXDALE (2025) that was met with an official release on March 28, 2025.[1] The song features verses from Playboi Carti as well as backing vocals from the head of NAV's label XO, The Weeknd and features production from the producer duo Ojivolta.[2]

The beat was produced by Ojivolta and runs at a tempo of 170 BPM in the C# key with a minor mode and an alt key of 12A.[3]
Background[]

The beat was initially made on November 19, 2020 during Mark and Raul's Donda sessions with Kanye West. Kanye would record an almost 7 minute freestyle for the beat, though his vocals would eventually be cut down and placed onto a different beat that eventually turned into the song "Made It" featuring Playboi Carti and Justin Austin.[4]
The beat left unused again, Ojivolta would eventually hand it off to Ty Dolla $ign in 2021 who would create his infamous unreleased song "Smoke Break" over the beat for his album at the time $ign Language 2.[5] The song would be posted to his TikTok as a preview, though again would not find a release leading Ojivolta to hand it off to Offset in 2023.
Offset and Playboi Carti would record for the beat some time in late-2023 and create the song "ROCK OUT" which Offset had intended to use for his album SET IT OFF which he had intended to drop that year. He would preview the song on September 30th, just a few days over a month from the album's intended release.[6] However, when the track list to the album dropped on October 4th, the song had been nowhere to be seen and when the album had dropped on the 13th the song was not a part of it.[7] Offset would later confirm Carti had not cleared his feature to the song, hence its failure to release.[8]
After it had not released on SET IT OFF, its likely Offset handed the song off to Carti for his album, who had handed the song off to NAV some time in 2024 given a trailer featuring a hint at a Carti feature for NAV's album had existed as early as then.[9] NAV and The Weeknd would record for the song and the song would be officially released as the fifth track to NAV's OMW2 REXDALE on March 28th of the following year, cutting out Offset's verse and replacing it with NAV's and redoing the production on the outro.
